    Hi Cicely, The same issue exists today. Webroot rejects the .exe Smart Defrag Installation File as malware/virus infection. Any solution on the horizon? What is in your software that is causing this issue? Thank you, Ryan

    Hey Cicely, I have have the same issue with the new version of Smart Defrag. Webroot rejects the .exe due to a potential virus/malware it does not like. This happened on the MajorGeeks download AND on your suggested provided link as follows: https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/smart-defrag-setup.exe. Webroot detects the issue, then removes the .exe. Please fix.     After an uninstall and reinstall of ASC, the black box disappeared. I will continue to monitor the condition and report back if it reappears. Thanks.

    It started about a week ago. ASC has been installed for like 4 years, but with updates when they were made available. Still an issue tonight. I will uninstall and reinstall ASC and report back. Thanks.

    Screenshot attached. Today, the black box has now migrated to the extreme right side of the ASC windows. Very strange behavior. ASC 15 Pro Version. Active License.

    I have a the big black box on all of the ASC Windows (upper left side). I cannot read a lot of the most important stuff on the ASC Windows. How do I get rid of it? Thanks!
