I’ve tried it the first one on the forum and it says “No license code found under this email address. Please enter the email used when placing the order. Or contact us at tickets@iobit.com.” But how am I supposed to enter the email which is not mine?

Idk what you mean by redirecting me here because I’ve already checked.. and the forum which says it’ll help does not help, it just says to type in email and verification code but how am I supposed to access the email which isn’t mine to get the license code? Or change the email to mine? I’m sorry if this comment came off a little rude I’m just really stressed out. But if you need proof I bought I can send a picture license /purchasing/payment/renewal issues

Hey, I got the super value pack but when I was putting it in my email my keyboard for some reason didn't register one of the letters which were s I was wondering how to fix it because I have checked the forum but it only said how to retrieve it by typing in the email you used and I tried that but I can't access that email because it is not mine and I've tried looking at others but they say goto that one forum or something which doesn't help me at all because it just brings me back to the same thing.
