Good morning Team. After joining you last night, I have carefully gone over the emails etc concerning my order and after a good sleep have realised the verification I received was for the payment Only.. Following below that was a message to say if I did not receive an email within 1 hour I was to click on a link provided which I did,and it led my way to you for help was my only option.. Having no other option I am not sure how to proceed. With the product verified as paid I have no knowledge as how to proeed. As an 84year old it is a bewildering world we live in and the fear of pushing the wrong buttons plays a heavy part of the uncertainty. I trust you can understand my problem and there must be a way around it......I hope. Sincerely, Barbara

Hello Team, I am not very savvy with computer "talk" but here goes. I have deleted one email containing the verification code for downloading the new version of Ultimate Advance so cannot get Licence or download. Does this mean I have to place another renewal order
