That feature is disabled/not implemented on my system. I eventually had to do a clean install of WIN 10. It appears that WIN 11 has a lot of bugs and incompatibility so I reinstalled WIN 10. Reinstalling WIN 10 fixed the problem, but I do hope it's not necessary to have to reinstall windows every time this program is installed.

WinFix, the first option in the toolbox under "Security and Repair" doesn't launch when clicked. Navigating manually to C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare Ultimate\Sur13_WinFix.exe and doubleclicking achieves a UAC prompt, but no application launches. Looking at task manager, the application appears briefly in the list of running processes and promptly quits itself.
