I have a Windows 7 computer that the Ethernet internet connection has stopped working on. I also have a Windows 10 laptop where the WiFi does work on. So, I THOUGHT I had all I needed to fix the internet issue. Not so. The offline driver updater on the Win 7 does nor offer me an Install option when I follow all the steps in the instructkions web page. What I get is a Window to SAVE the driver package to but with no save button. I am supposed to get an install button in that window. Vic
