With both ver 14 &16 of Advanced System Care, there is some part of the app that prevents Microsoft Office Excel, Word, from starting, after being cleaning automatically. Manually cleaning, i.e. not ticking the Registry box, gets me up and running As I always back up the Registry before cleaning, I'm covered, anticipating an error loading, of the afore mentioned apps. I use this software with caution, probably not using it to its full potential. Maybe others have experienced this. Maybe not. Thank you. Sincerely, Nick L
