After reading all of the above comments, all of which has happened to me on many occasions, combined with the FACT that you get dicked around trying to do a simple update...to which you have to go to a third party site and reload the whole program again and re-install your license. I'm switching back to System Mechanic Pro. Also I wasn't allowed to like everyone's comments here as they limit you as to how many "likes" you are allowed to give in any one day. Absolutely PATHETIC.

"Just go to the Majorgeeks site and download the latest Uninstaller." What??? How about putting in a proper link for the update?? I paid for the "Pro" editions of multiple Iobit programs...and this is the thanks you get? This is a major issue for me as well and frankly it's unacceptable. Good reason to go back to system mechanic pro. Why should you have to go to an independent site to redownload the complete file, then re-plug in the license code. Absolutely unprofessional and lazy on the part of the developers. How difficult would it be to install a direct link to the product update like so many of my other programs have been doing for years? If I don't see a change in that come renewal time then I'm switching back to System mechanic pro.
