First i want to say that i read everything i could find on the forum so unless i missed something i did not find any solutions to my issue. I purchased the Christmas iObit (the full pack there was all the pro versions in it) offer with paypal and i put the right e-mail in it but did not receive anything. I don't have any other details because i was only asked to put an email and didnt received any confirmation (eventhough i got the payment confirmation from paypal) I saw other posts with the same issue but i've found nothing helpful, i contacted directly iObit support by email but is there anything else i can do meanwhile? Thanks in advance.
