  1. Ya' fixed me! Thank you. Clearly, my problem was not due to an "obvious bug" as I stated initially. My problem was lack of knowledge. Following your instructions took care of my issue and demonstrated how tweakable your product is. Thank you again for your help and I will try to do my own thinking in the future.
  2. Pinned filenames in some applications “Recent” lists would mysteriously disappear from the lists without warning. On starting up those applications, some (not all) of the filenames I was certain were pinned would be missing. Conversely, filenames that were not pinned would remain in the lists. This was happening daily or almost daily. I traced the problem to ASC’s “AutoCare” feature which I had set to “Care for your computer when the system is idle”. I disabled this feature by unchecking the convenient “Enable AutoCare” check box, which took the mystery out of what was happening to my filenames. The exact same problem occurs when I start ASC manually but at least it is predictable. Two applications I use extensively, where this problem occurs are Microsoft Word 365 and Power PDF Advanced (from Nuance). I like the AutoCare feature and want to re-enable it so it would be really swell if you guys would fix this obvious bug.
