My subscription was renewed for a product I don’t even remember signing up for. However, I note that I also inadvertently paid for it last year and the price has jumped up to almost double. The computer which I assume it was for has completely crashed and is inoperable. I therefore need to cancel the subscription and from the information I am able to find on this I should also be able to claim a refund for the amount taken yesterday
