I have just upgraded to MF10 on my HP W10 desktop PC. It won't do a smart scan. It just sits there at 1% and shows no files scanned. 10 hours later it is still showing the same thing. I have re-installed MF10 several times to no avail. I have another HP desktop PC running W11. MF works just fine on it.
