Advanced System Care 16 - Browser Loads Page Incorrectly First Time

I have just reset the Win 10 installation and in the process removed the Brave browser and the IObit Advanced System Care 16 Pro programs, then reinstalled. Again the exact same affect, occasional incorrect page loading before F5 is pressed only after installing IObit Advanced System Care 16 Pro. -
Hello, some time ago, perhaps 1 yr, the Chrome browser on my Win 8.1 computer started loading pages incorrectly (not every time) displaying text instead of properly formatted text & graphics. Pressing F5 (reload ignoring cache contents) would result in a correct display every time. I searched for an answer and tried removing extensions however nothing worked. I have just upgraded to Win 10 de-installing Advanced System Care in the process. I installed the Brave browser and the incorrect page loading disappeared. I then re-installed Advanced System Care 16 and immediately the effect returned. Is there an option in Advanced System Care 16 that can cause this and that can be switched off ? Thank you.
