I've no idea what I need to turn off. I've turned off Norton but I also have IObit advanced system care so have turned off the Anti spyware - still getting the same message. I hate doing this as I forget how to turn things on again. Is there an easier defrag program that I can use that won't cause any problems please?

I am concerned by the Performance Monitor. I was waiting for information to download earlier. The PM has been up to almost 100%. I am attaching a screen shot which shows 5 instances of Firefox and there are another 2 out of shot. These seems to be taking up a lot of memory - do you agree? Is it safe for me to just delete all but one? You tell me, I'm just guessing. I was going to attach a screen shot but don't know how??? Can someone tell me please? Don't know how to insert from URL!
