So smart scan and full scan both shut off at 4725 files. Icon in bottom right remains however the user interface and scan screen disappear. I know the computer has something. I have tried installing malwarebytes and it won't even install so +1 for Io360. Now I just need it to finish scanning and get rid of my crap...LOL Hijack doc attached if any insterest.
