You may have the ans by now. Go to 'tools' (left menu), then select 'privacy sweeper' then uncheck the 'cookie files' on the browser that you use. This will be in left navigation.

I'm suddenly having memory problems too. Sometimes I can't open any windows or even the task manager even with cntl alt del. Then sometimes is ok. I don't like this, I thought it was going to make my RAM better by swapping it back and forth or whatever it promised. Maybe I should turn that feature off.

It confused me so much that I thought all my files were malware or viruses. So I posted the hijack log in an attempt to figure out which were legit. Still working on a few things with a very helpful member! Cher
