Shortcuts to web sites no longer work. . .

After installing and running Advanced System Care 5, none of my shortcuts to web sites work anymore. The message is: “There was a problem sending the command to the program.” How should this be handled?

 

Shortcuts to execute software are still functional.

Are you referring to the Icons on the Favorites-bar of the Browser?

If so, which Browser software are you using, IE-8, IE-9, Firefox, etc. ?

 

Check on (or un-check :wink:) the Settings required in the ASC utilities, for that Browser.
