I've uninstalled and deleted all game data and this still happens with/without gamebooster running.

 

I used the defrag option in gamebooster and this has been happening ever since.

 

I'm talking specifically about the freeze at 0:14, the lag present in the video before and after 0:14 is just because my computer can't handle the recording.
