Please upload the file to VirusTotal and post the report link here in this thread. (There is a report about it in VirusTotal and reporting it safe.)

 

Also upload it to IObit Cloud and give the result of analysis page link here in this thread.

 

Upload your ieSpellSetup251106.exe file to Wikisend and give the download link for IObit to further investigate the file please.
