Hi Adrian

It reports that some of your services isn't working as far as I can see.

Please check services.msc written in Run.

Do you use TurboBoost?

When running a scan in ASC you should always run the first couple of scans manually and go through all details of "problems" - to place needed items in the ignore list - this should be done prior to hitting the repair button. After the configuring of the program you do not need to do it again unless the settings are changed somehow.

My answer is based on the supposition that ASC has anything to do with your "problems".
