Problems installing Smart Defrag V1.0

I keep getting prompted to update to V1.0 but when running the installer it says it cannot overwright 2 of the files and just leaves the old version on. I use XP SP2. Any help please? Steve

Hi smokeyboy157,

 

Probably your smart defrag is running either in system tray or in the background.

If it is still in the system tray, please exit it and also control and kill the process if it is still running in Task Manager.

 

Make sure that nothing is left in the main folder of Smart Defrag before re-installing.

Thanks very much for your help. I opened Progrem Files and Iobit and emptied the smart defrag contents, and successfully installed V1.0
