Copy and Paste Problems [SOLVED]

My copy and paste doesn't work since in installed IObit 5. Someone else who had the problem said they were having the same problem and they had to go into config and tell IObit to not to ignore the clipboard cash. Not sure who to do it. Can someone help me. Thanks

Hi Steven

I think it has to do with your settings - in your Junk file cleaning settings you have probably "Clipboard" ticked - at the same time you are probably running the automatic cleaning and consequently the clipboard is cleaned because that is what you have asked the program to do.

If you had run the cleaning by hand you would probably have finished the job at hand where you had copied something you wanted to use - before asking ASC to run a cleaning operation, right?

While you are at it I recommend that you untick the Recycle bin too :-)

Cheers

Hi Stevenamar!! Welcome to the Iobit Forums!

If Solbjerg's suggestion isn't the source of the problem and you are using the SmartRam function of the toolbox...

This is what it will look like if you open ASC, then go to the toolbox, choose SmartRam. then settings.
