Hi Daskalos

Sorry for the inconveneince.

Is your Turbo Boost turned on? If so, please turn it off to see how it works.

Would you please tell us your specified steps so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our side?

Also please find the logs and backups in Settings->Logs & Backups ->Open Log Folder and send them to us as attachment so that our specialists can look into the issue.

Thanks for your help.

  • 9 months later...

I just want to say i still experience this issue on ASC v6,i use ASC Pro v6.2 (up-to-date).

Turbo Boost keeps disabling Windows Updates although "Disable Windows Update" isn't ticket in the "System Services" in the "Configure" menu of Turbo Boost.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit (up-to-date).

Hi ragous,

Please follow the steps below:

1. Please download the tool from: http://download.iobit.com/test/info-helper-v6.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can look into the issue further.

2. Please right click on task bar >> Select "Start Task Manager" >> Click "Service" on the top, then click service button on bottom right >> Export the service list and send it to us for further check.

Thank you in advance.
