Layout.ini and system file defragmenting in Windows XP

In a future release, will SmartDefrag include a boot-time defrag of the system files, registry hives, paging files etc that cannot be touched when Windows XP is running? Does SmartDefrag optimise the layout.ini file and its related functions – i.e. to make programs start faster and improve Windows XP boot up speed?

PerfectDisk moves the paging file to the MIDDLE of each hard disk it's on, in order to improve speed. Would SmartDefrag be able to do this one day?

One more question, I've read that the BEGINNING of a hard drive is the fastest area, does SmartDefrag place certain files in this area?

Thank you for reading. 8)
