Macroworks 3 doesn't work

I have been using Gamebooster 3 for awhile. I have a Raildriver controller for a Train simulator and am using Macroworks 3 to program a couple of switches to emulate keyboard presses. Everything works fine until I start Game Booster 3, and I lose the keypresses. So I went into Game Booster and one by one turned all the shut downs off, ( had to leave one on but changed it a couple of times) to see what was stopping Macroworks from working. As soon as I start Game booster, I lose Macroworks functioning. Any ideas as to what would be causing that? http://xkeys.com/support/download.php
