No. It is a Beta, and all functions are active. Licence key is only required for the final version.

Yes. There are no functions locked. By the way, if users have VALID license code for Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus 2013, this license code can be applied to Advanced SystemCare Ultimate too.

The update auto applied the license on my three computers. Which is more than I can say for my personalized settings:-P
