I went back to W7-SP1 after using W8-DP through W8-RP. The plan is to purchase W8 on CD when released because of a significantly cheaper price during first three months after W8 RTM.

 

Then when W8-SP1 is released I will upgrade to W8 from the previously purchased CD and update to W8-SP1 from the Microsoft updates

 

By then StartMenu8 1.0 RTM should be available

Does this utility have a Search & Run entry line,

or 'Run Line', as I call it?

(Like previous Start-button menus did)

 

That's one of the main things I use the Start-Icon for, in previous OSs.

I've not heard how W-8 handles that function?
