exclude a file from being removed

hi.

i would like to know how can i exclude a file from being deleted? i use advanced windows care personal, and when i scan the computer, the program deletes files that shouldn´t be removed. That causes problems in other programs.

Hi ASPF could you be a bit more specific in terms of the files-settings you are using on the app. and your OS-with some more info, you should be able to find help here-great day and God bless
