Hangs in "Privacy Sweep"

When running the AdvWC2 it hangs on "Privacy Sweep". The arrows still move like it normally does when scanning, except slower. At the bottom where it "Scan Entry" and runs thru each file very fast, it is stuck on one file and shows the name of that file. So, I went in and deleted that file and it just gets stuck on the next one (and so on..).

Is this a bug in the program? Should I just remove the program and re-download?

Do you have any references to the error, in a bug teport, error log or applog?

If not, I think I would make a totally clean install of the program.

That is to say uninstall it, delete the folder it was in and run a registry scan with another application,

Then Install it again, and remember to configure all details before clicking repair.
