Hi frebergite, welcome to IObit Forum! :-D

I would recommend a Clean Install of ASC6. The setup file can be downloaded from the links in Advanced SystemCare 6.0.8.170 is available. thread.

If you insist to use the old version, IObit has a download link for ASC 5.4.0 in Old Version section of http://www.iobit.com/download.html web page.

Cheers.

Still no help

I tried the clean install twice, before I posted. The other threat that iobit directed us to where they say they put up a solution only says to ensure your internet connection is good. I don't even know what that means.

All the links to version 5 on iobits pages & posted here result in 'bad request' returns. I've tried this on multiple computers from multiple internet connections at multiple locations. All result in bad request returns.

Version 5 worked up until I switched to 6. Now almost all of the tools in the toolbox no longer work.
