Every time I start Excel, not Word or any other Microsoft Office software programs, there is an installer which runs telling me it's installing Microsoft Office Single Image 2010.

It's been occurring since Registry Cleaner PRO "6th version" runs.

Other Office programs run okay without the installer running. I have found lots of references to this problem but none of the solutions work for me.

I've already gone to Control Panel, Uninstall Programs, Select Office 2010 and Change. Find the Excel listing and expand it. Enable ALL components to run from my Computer.

Yes, the RPC is started automatically and the Windows Installer is set to Manual.:idea:

 

p.s.: Deep Clean function is enabled

Windows 7 Professional

If undo changes can fix this problem, please find and zip Log and Backup folder in "%appdata%\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V6", then send them to us for further check.

It appears to be happening to a lot of us. Apparently it's because we don't know how to use the programme. :mrgreen::roll:

The Lot river flows about 480 km through France. :-)

I only know of one Lot (the fellow from OT) :-)

Sure! There's me, Lucianoufs, jfruetel...but I meant those of us having problems with the ASC programme and not specifically Exel. :mrgreen::mrgreen:

 

I'm no longer being asked to insert the 'Office' installation disk. When I click on Exel, it does say that the programme is being "configured". This message is only there for a few seconds now and at least Exel starts when the message goes. I have un-ticked all the privacy sweeps.

and it's Blurry for me to read also. :cry:

(Too blurry to speed-read, at the normal speed anyway)

I think the Resolution is too low for some reason.

 

Was the video recorded with a Camera pointed at monitor?

If so, it's probably just 'out of focus' ?
