Cannot install 'Smart Defrag'

Hi!! I am new to this forum. For some reason IE 7 will not allow me to install

the 'Smart Defrag' after I downloaded it. I get an error 5 when I try to install

it on my Vista.

Is it because it is still a Beta? I did not have any problems with installing the

'Advanced Windows Care'.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why I cannot install it or (better yet - a way to unstall it)?? Thank you for your help

Unblock it after download and install as Administrator. Than you can uninstall it if you wish.

Thank you for your suggestion - I tried it and now I have the 'smart defrag'.
