Please explain in detail what the problem is and also providing screenshots will be helpful for the solution of the problem.

 

Also, giving the version and build # of your IObit products in your User Profile (reachable by User CP on top left of forum page) is a necessity.

Hi ven,

 

Please kindly follow the instructions below to solve the problem:

 

1.Download FileShredder.exe from:

 

http://wikisend.com/download/300000/FileShredder.exe

 

2.Put the file into the installation directory(To open the installation directory, please right click on ASC’s icon on the desktop and select Open file location.).

 

3.Double click FileShredder.exe file and see how it works.

 

If the issue still exits, please send the Suc13_FileShredder.log in the installation folder to us.

Issue still persists, so here's the log, the website won't let me upload a .log extension so i'll just copy what's in the log.

 

 

00:40:13.477 DelFile: C:\Users\Chris\Pictures\bunnies.jpg----True

00:40:15.435 DelFile: C:\Users\Chris\Documents\crap.txt----True

 

But when i did that, only one file was deleted.

http://wikisend.com/download/528502/Suc13_FileShredder.exe

 

2.Put the file into the installation directory to replace the original file there(To open the installation directory, please right click on ASC’s icon on the desktop and select Open file location.).

 

3.Double click Suc13_FileShredder.exe file and see how it works.

 

If the issue still exits, please send the Suc13_FileShredder.log in the installation folder to us.
