ASC RC3.1 Does not Convert License on 2nd computer

I installed ASC RC3.1 on my XP-SP3 system and it does not convert it to PRO. This is the first time ASC has been installed on this system.

 

I had AWC 2 Pro on this system prior to this ASC RC3.1 installation.

 

- I totally removed AWC 2 Pro

- I did 2 completely clean re-installs of ASC RC3.1

 

How can I get ASC to convert up to the PRO version?

 

My two computers are on a Zywall 2+ router on a cable modem.

 

It did convert properly on my Vista SP1 system when ASC RC3.0 was installed.
