ASC 6 Ultimate Black Screen of Death

I upgraded one of my computers to ASC 6 Ultimate 6.0.8.289 and after rebooting and logging in I got the Black Screen of Death. I could not do nothing, no explorer. The computer was also running real slow. Pulled the hard drive out and checked it on another computer for virus, malware, disk check and all was fine. Put it back in the slow computer and it started working normally again.

 

Then I decided to upgrade the computer with a new motherboard, memory, cpu, and disk drives. Then after installing ASC 6 Ultimate as a new install, rebooted, and my computer became real slow again but no black screen of death this time.

 

Has anyone else had this problem or know what could cause this?

 

ASC 6 Ultimate on my other 2 computers upgraded just fine!
