A very simple request...

SmartDefrag is excellent !

A small request, though...some of my machines have multiple drives

and/or partitions. It would be good to have a check box to select

or deselect ALL drives in one go, rather than at present where one

has to explicitly check or uncheck drives individually.

- Thanks !!! :-D

Hi thm

I do not quite understand - by me both C: and D: drive gets defragged if i choose that option. Usually though I take one at a time, I seldom use my D: drive for other than storage, so I only defrag that when it has been used.

Cheers

...Perhaps I was unclear...when I start SmartDefrag and select the

"Defrag Now" screen, I get a list of al the "fixed" drives/partitions

on my machine, with the boot drive (invariably "C:") already selected

(ticked/checked). OK, so this probably suffices for most people most

of the time, since it is usually the boot drive that gets fragmented most

quickly, thanks to the way in which Windows works.

BUT...I have some machines with several drives and/or partitions, and

I may occasionally want to defrag them all in one go. At present, this

would mean that I would have to manually check the selection box for

each and every drive, and when you have ~10 this is a little tedious.

So...I am suggesting the addition of a checkbox labelled "All Drives"

or something similar, which could be used to select [or deselect] all

drives.

It's just a matter of convenience ! :-D

Ok thm

Now that you explained and I read it again - it isn't unclear at all. :-)

I guess that would be easy to do for the programmers - let see if they follow your suggestion.
