Hi Debi,

not much goin on here.

i Would say that Norton has its own firewall,

hope your not using that and windows own, TURN 1 OFF.

It might also be turning Off the crash dump facilty

 

Windows search errors could be cleared by turning search OFF/ON,

see screenshot.
