Stuck on "Verifying information"

I already had a Razer account before I got this new computer, and now it won't let me login to boost games. It gets stuck on "Verifying your information" after I put in my username and password. It's Windows 8 Pro.

 

Any idea what might be happening? Thanks!

Do you mean that you have an account for Razer Game Booster but you can not use it after you changed a new PC?
