Tray Notifiaction Cache Not Being Cleared

I find now that ASC 6.4 Pro isn't clearing the Tray Notification Cache.

I've restarted Explorer, rebooted and the cache remains.

And yes, Tray Notification Cache is checked in Settings>Junk Files Clean.

This is on top of cookies not being deleted in the users location.

To look into the issue, please download the tool from: http://download.iobit.com/test/info-helper-v6.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file ASC6_Info_File.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can look into the issue further.
