Poll! Which Defragger do you use?

'Dot Tech' did a review of ten different defragmenters and Puran Defrag and IObit Defrag were #1 and a close #2.I think Defraggler was #3 but I don't remember the rest.

 

I am using Puran Defragler at the moment because it has many options and ways of boot time issues that is extraordinary...

 

I do have IObit Defrag Pro and I hope the next version will have at least the optimization and boot choices that Puran does.

 

I also posted this so maybe one of the developers will look at Puran for their usefulness. :?:

After complete optimization defrag for both Puran and IObit. there was only 0.14% difference.

I voted Smart Defrag and others because I used the latest Ultimate Defrag to do a 'real' optimization through many configurations. Whenever I'm lazy or not in the mood, I let Smart Defrag does it's optimization and automated features instead(it's real sufficient to help my PC since its FREE).

We do not know what criteria the different defraggers use - if they are not exactly alike there are bound to be differences, I think.

In this case apparently not much, so they must operate on almost the same criteria, right?

I have tried a few over the years on my desktop and laptop but i recon nothing beats the defragger that built into glary utilities 4.1 and my reason for this is,my old dell inspiron 1545 now boots up in 1 min 13secs and honestly feels more responsive,other defraggmenters seem to slow my pc's down for some reason .This defragger also has boot defaggmenting options.
