iPhone & iPad - Unknown Device after running DriverBoost

Hi Guys

I ran the driver boost program and updated 17 drivers - My Laptop is running better but now I can no longer connect my iPhone and iPad to iTunes. Whenever i connect them I get "Unknow Device" come up and I have tried everything to resolve this. I can usually resolve these types of problems by myself but I am at a compete loss. DriverBooser says that ALL of my drivers are up to date yet the computer no longer recognizes these two devices..

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please download the tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/InfoHelper.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file DriverBooster_Log_Files.zip on your desktop. Please send the zip file to support13@iobit.com with URL to this thread.
