Smart Defrag v3 crashes

I'm using smart defrag v3 and when i attempt to select any of the options regardless of the type, IE up top to actually edit options or select defrag options from the button in the main window, it crashes on me only allowing me to do a simple defrag. IMHO i have found this version to be a huge leap backwards for IObit.

Try to reinstall Smart Defrag 3 from another source for example download.com

I recommend you stay away from SD3 for now as it is very buggy and unreliable. SD 2.9 is excellent and completely stable.

To look into the issue, please right click Smart Defrag's desktop icon and select Open file location.

 

Then check whether there is file diskdefrag_mini.dmp. Please send it to us for further analyzing is there is.

 

After that, please download the latest version of Smart Defrag 3 from http://download.iobit.com/sd3/smart-defrag-3-free.exe to see whether the issue continues.
