ASC and DOTA 2 are not compatible?

After I installed Advanced Systemcare Pro (the latest version), did a full scan + repair and used all the tools available, my pc became really fast... But it completely messed up my experience with multiplayer gaming, expecially Dota 2 where the game start by being smooth till I get so many ingame mini freezes that it become almost unplayable... Any idea why I get this? Should I try a system restore or something similar?

 

PS: The game let's you do a ping test... I tried it during a freeze and I get no packet loss nor any ping spike... I guess it's not connection related? I dont want to say something stupid but during this freezes it seems harddisk works...

To look into the issue, please give us the following details:

 

1) Are there other programs run normally except dota2?

 

2) Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV7.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Windows Event logs could help out too. Check and see if there are any useful information that will provide us a hint.
