new pC can't transfer

for years I've used ASC. pro. my last PC I had for almost 8 years! 2 weeks ago I had to get a new PC. I downloaded the ASC pro 7. then went to Activate my license key #. It comes up " Been activated for Maximum PC's. Can not be used.Purchase another license"...WTHeck? I only used this license on my one last PC and now trying this one. Last Dec. ...3 months ago!, I renewed this license! and now it's no good?? I think they owe me Back 9 months worth! What can I do? I tried to fill out the online support, but the licence won't work so I'm stuck? Help please

Don't sweat on this Granbjd, I think you just need to be given a new set of keys. Which I'm assuming that you have this already and got this to work.
