Errors in Indonesian Translation

The color map has the following errors:

 

- the grey color square still has it's original English title: "unmovable" while the Indonesian translation for "unmovable", which is "Tidak dapat bergerak" has been attributed to the blue color instead.

 

- Both the red square and the purple square are labeled "fragmen" (which is correct without the final "t" in Indonesian for the red square) and "fragment" with a final "t" which is wrong for the purple square".

 

- The green square is labeled "Pindah" which means "move" or "displace" in English. Is not the green square for "often used" and blue square for "rarely used"?

 

- So the orange and purple squares have wrong labels too...

 

It seems that only the red square and the white square have their correct labels...

I think it would be a good idea and very kind of you to provide IObit and Indonesian speakers with a correct translation

Thank you for your reply. I have corrected the Indonesian translation. It appears that some of the horrible translation comes from the original English text translated with "Google translate" ! It's ridiculous !

"This process may need some time" is translated in Indonesian "this process may eat old time"... :lol:

Hopefully Cicely from IObit support will notice the new translation of SmartDefrag_FormHint

I will send her a message about this post.

If you find the language file (usually located in programs/IObit/SmartDefrag/ languages) you can insert your own translation into it to replace the "bad" translation. That way at least you yourself will have a corrected version of the translation.

Concerning the available space for translation it cannot readily be changed, so one has to find another sentence that say approximately the same or make an abbreviation - in difficult cases I have chosen to use the English translation.

Luckily the translation job isn't huge (around 2300 words) and some translations may be ok?

p.s. I inserted your new translation of SmartDefrag_FormHint into the Indonesian language file and sent it to Iobit support.

At least the colours of the map will now be named right :-)

Perhaps the translation file for smart defrag 3 there is a spelling mistake says,

but according to the dictionary of Indonesian translation for a word in English that depends on the sentence fragments instead of words.

 

an example for the fraction of words in the English language as follows:

 

 

English "deep=mendalam"

Indonesia ''dalam=in''

 

but if the fraction of words in Indonesian''dalam''

meaning in English it is'' in''

for word'' dalam'' many copies should

 

because in a translation of the word depends on the sentence mentioned or translated

one word in the English language if diterjemahakan in Indonesian language support will be different.

translation because it depends on nouns and verbs in a word itself.

 

one more thing that makes this translation file is an ordinary person a natural thing if there is a spelling mistake in the translation file, Because everyone must have a fault that may not be intentional.
