I can't activate ASC Pro.

I have sent messages to 2 moderators requesting help and gotten no response. I have used Premium online support 3 times and all 3 have been returned as UNDELIVERABLE. I've used the automated system 3 times to get fresh reinstalls, and none work. It's activated on my 2 other PCs but not my laptop. It worked on my laptop with XP but not now that I've switched to 7.
