Could you please describe the issue more clearly? Do you mean that Driver Booster did not detect the outdated drivers for your Printer?

 

If so, please download the tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/InfoHelper_SetupApiLog.exe

 

Double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file DriverBooster_Log_Files.zip on your desktop.

 

Please send us the zip file. It is important for us to look into the issue.

Printer should show in device manager and Driver Booster will detect whether it has updates.

 

Is your Printer driver that does not show in device manager?

1) Please send us the related screenshot to show your device manager.

 

Guide for taking screenshot.

2) Please download the tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/InfoHelper.exe

 

Double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file DriverBooster_Log_Files.zip on your desktop.

We didn't find the device in your Driver Booster.

 

Please let us know that whether your printer has already connected to the PC or not.

 

Or whether your printer can work normally or not.

Now we need your help. Please download the tool again http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/InfoHelper.exe.

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get a DriverBooster_Log_Files.zip on your desktop.

 

Please send that file to support9@iobit.com so that we can further look into the issue.
