ok downloaded this driver update MY SCREEN WAS BLACK NO NOTHING WHEN IT WAS FINISHED FROZE SO I SHUT IT DOWN MANUALLY AND NOTHING BUT A BLACK SCREEN LEFT!!and had to have my computer reformated which cost me a hell of alot of money I really did not have... my computer froze and shut it down after to see if I could just restore it but that was gone!! all of it Tried to use my pass to open the restore and would not work!!long story short my desktop is in the shop so beware people!! very upset about this

I paid alot for this program but they should of left it the way it was ,cause people like me that don't know alot about computers can damage them Thanks Advanced WindowsCare.....Hah..yea right

Wow, you really are angry-I mean to go back an edit that colorful display and all-why not post here before sending out the desktop? You have another pc right? I also believe there's a disclaimer in that driver update utility-personally,I wouldn't use it (go only to your manufacturer's website for drivers-I've posted this many times!)and if they(Iobit) haven't gotten that straightened out yet, they should just remove it from program. I mean I feel sorry for you and all, but what happened to you is an anomaly-with a spare pc and all the contributors to this forum,I'm sure we could have had your desktop up and running in a couple of days at no cost to you!! Disrespecting the members of this forum is no way to resolve your issues. A post of your nature(that needs to be toned down considerably) should have been lodged in the form of a complaint directly to one of the Iobit email addresses-so take a breath and chill :!:
