ASCU7 Cannot get any updates

Hello all,

 

We are very sorry for the updating error you are suffering. We are working on it. For now, please download and install the improved version from link below:

 

http://download.iobit.com/test/asc-u...Demo-08051.exe

 

Then please right click Advanced SystemCare Ultimate's system tray icon and click Check for updates to update manually to see whether it can update successfully.

 

If it still fails, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV7.exe

 

Double click to run this tool and click Save report to DesktopÂÂ�. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it toavfeedback@iobit.com so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

I have the same as others here 3PC licence, Win 7 64bit (desktop and laptop). I have seen some messages on here that mentions the same issue from 2010/2011! Is this the same problem? If so, then Iobit need to really get a grip.

 

What issue was in 2010/2011?

I've got the same problem. I tried a full uninstall and reinstall but my full license serial number was already present in the clean install (???) ... and I still can't get updates! What email address should I write to get help? Why has Iobit failed to email it's customers to warn them their anti-virus is out of date and hence compromised? Why has Iobit not sent customers the fix instructions?

1 you don't need to uninstall

2 did you get the update from Quanto1's link above?

3 install it.

4 you should then have to re-register your ASCU7 account via iobit's web sight

5 make sure you use the same email address you first registered from

6 copy the code you are given and paste it in the register box of your new ASCU7.
