Real Time protection is 'greyed out'.

I cannot get real time protection to turn on.with Windows Vista Business. Works fine with win7. Product is ASC Ultimate7. Anybody got an idea why the 'turn on real time protection button' is greyed-out? Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Please complete your User Profile details. At present it does not give any info regarding what Iobit programs you are using and what Malware and anti-virus programs you have installed on your pc.

In the meantime please note that you can only have one realtime protection running on your pc. So if you have other antivirus realtime protection running and you try to also run ASCU realtime protection, it may cause a problem. ASCU has a compatibility option for this scenario.
