Version 7.4.0.474 won't start when windows starts. Using Windows 8.1

I have tried everything to start Advanced Systemcare when windows starts. No joy! I am using windows 8.1. What seems to be the problem? I have to manually start it every time I am on the computer.

It should be on auto start by default from what I understand. Have you tried looking at start up running msconfig at run and see if it's checked?

Please open Advanced SystemCare -> Click More Settings icon on the top right -> Click Settings -> Check whether item Load automatically at Windows Startup is ticked.
